This information is stored in the « European Works Council Information Sharing System » so that everything we do for you is perfectly tuned to your needs.
Let’s illustrate this with a story :
Before starting to work on your meeting, we analyse your needs. If you need only interpretation and technical equipment, we will ask you for terminology lists, presentations and minutes of the previous EWC meetings etc… in order to feed this information into the EWC Information Sharing System, a huge terminology base where all information is stored by topic, language etc.. The interpreters (and all other Presence staff) working for your meeting can access this information to prepare thoroughly for the event. In case an interpreter is not available for one of your meetings, their subsitute will have access to this digital archive and come to the meeting fully prepared
Perhaps you will enjoy the ease of having our team assist you with the preparation and organisation of the meeting. In this case, all details concerning the preferred type of venue, hotel, individual participant requirements, transport needs, dietary requirements etc… are entered in the EWC Information Sharing System. The ISS can be used as a website for your EWC. Combined with our e-translations service and a discussion forum, all participants can stay in touch in between meetings and express themselves in their own language!
The EWC Information Sharing System allows YOU to store all participant profiles, meeting documents per language, practical information etc… Never again will people complain they did not receive the documents as each participant receives a personal login with access rights and can download all documents when and as often as desired.
