This module is an online communication tool to overcome language barriers in between meetings or to keep in touch with colleagues in other countries around the globe.

It enables colleagues from different countries who do not speak a common language to communicate by email in their own language.

Confidentiality is guaranteed at any time, as exclusively sender & recipient(s) - not even management - can view contents of the email messages sent. Thus, this tool contributes to effective communication within multinational companies. People can talk about specific topics without any interference.

How does it work?

José from Spain writes an e-mail in Spanish to Lars from Sweden. He sends the mail to the e-translation service address. The text is translated by a human translator (no computerised translation engine) into Swedish within one business day and forwarded to the colleague in Sweden, who can then respond via the e-translation service address in Swedish...

There are fixed fees per word & per language.

The client decides upon a budget for e-communications for a certain period of time.

By means of our budget counter costs for the translations can be monitored.
