EWC meeting venues need to match multifold requirements, such as infrastructure, nice location, multilingual staff, sufficient rooms, sufficiently large meeting rooms, etc. Upon analysis of your needs, our experts draw up a tailor-made checklist and find the right venue for you.
Hotel management & booking
Coordination of the bookings with the hotel can be very time-consuming. We can function as an intermediary between your EWC delegates & the hotel so that you can fully concentrate on the contents of your EWC event.
On-site coordination
Quite often, there are a lot of (sometimes unforeseen) details to be managed during your event, especially when dealing with several suppliers. With a Presence coordinator on site, you have one competent contact person who works behind the scenes and who makes sure that your meeting always stays on the track.
Travel management & booking
We can go even further and take care of your delegates’ travel arrangements, including flight & train bookings, transport to hotel, chauffeur, etc.
Social program

Handling & distribution of meeting documents
The success of your EWC meeting also depends on how well the participants are prepared. Not only delegates but also interpreters need a thorough meeting preparation. We make sure that the meeting material is distributed in time and take care of all the copying work for you – even on site, if requested.
