EWC Dynamics

 

PHD makes sure that individual and group profiles match EWC ambitions. On the basis of a scan we make individual and group value profiles so that a well-founded action plan can be built.

How does it work?

Participants are asked to complete a short online survey before coming to the meeting. A PHD trainer then shows the preferences and strengths of each individual and the link to the profile of the EWC as a group.

With this easy-to-use method, new insights may be gained so that the EWC can build on its strengths and avoid pitfalls.

Once we know the profile of the group and of each EWC member, it becomes possible  to work with the group in totally new ways. Based on real data, tasks can be better defined and communications can be more precise.
