
EWC Roadmap
PHD aims to make trainings and consultancy programs meaningful and effective so that the results don’t die after the EWC meeting or after the implementation of a restructuring plan. We want to make sure that something will be remembered, that it is effective and used on a daily basis.
We developed the EWC Roadmap because we know from experience that it is only possible to come to positive results for all stakeholders when all EWC actions such as training, consultancy-programs etc... are part of a coherent plan.
PhD developed a roadmap in 3 steps:
Step 1: Explaining the scope of the EWC in interactive sessions.
Step 2: Drives and “culture” of the EWC and company-management; understanding the values, expectations and objectives of each individual/ group.
Step 3: Develop an action and communication plan for the EWC and company-management.
