What we expect of you

• To undertake comprehensive training.
• Following this, you will start working independently on varied projects for virtual and even hybrid meetings.
• Before the meeting or event starts, check the configuration and carry out a number of basic tests, such as a sound check and connection test together with the interpreters and the moderator. You will continue to closely monitor all the technical aspects as the meeting progresses.
• Provide support to participants throughout the meeting or the event. You will keep participants informed and provide assistance so that they can connect smoothly. In other words, you provide for optimum service and customer support.
• You will work closely with the moderator and project manager for the meeting or event to ensure everything can run smoothly.
