EWC Conference 2022

During this EWC E-conference we will dig deep into this topic by presenting the case study of the Solvay European Works Council and the Solvay Global Forum. The vision and purpose of Solvay concentrate on helping the world navigate environmental and social challenges and that means expressing the core beliefs of Solvay: responsibility, diversity & inclusion and the universal connection between human beings. In 2021, Solvay embarked on a new journey for the Solvay European Works Council and for the Solvay Global Forum. They built an EWC and an SGF Roadmap so as to align both representative bodies with corporate strategy and values.
