Translations, interpreting, multilingual corporate events, conferences, and European Works Councils across Europe? That has been the core business of The Presence Group for over 20 years.

All of our translators and interpreters are native speakers and qualified to carry out assignments with the highest level of precision.

We provide professional translators, interpreters, and high-end audiovisual equipment for interpreting, enabling multilingual events to be organized live, online, or in hybrid formats. We ensure that our clients’ voices are clearly heard and that their international communication and corporate events are of the highest standard.
What you are going to do with us:
- You will follow an in-depth training: check! After having this completed, you will coordinate translation projects and follow them up from start to finish.
- You will maintain contact with clients and suppliers and ensure the quality and successful progress of the project at all times.
- You prepare and carry out final editing of various file types. Experience with CAT tools (like memoQ) is a plus.
- There may also be opportunities to carry out internal translation work, depending on business needs.
Who are you?
- You have completed a translation (or language-related) degree at University or higher professional education (HBO) level.
- You excel in terms of pro-activity, organisation and follow-up
- You have administrative and commercial skills
- You're a problem solver who really goes for it
- Customer service and communication are very important to you
- You demonstrate technical proficiency or a strong interest in CAT tools and the latest developments within the language industry
- You speak and write English and Dutch fluently, other languages are a bonus
- Excel, Powerpoint and Word have no secrets for you
